Yes, after submitting your refund request, a verification and validation process of 30 to 60 days will be initiated to validate the uploaded receipts.

Once the validation is in accordance with our policies and approved, a 7-day processing period will be initiated, and the amount will be deposited on the 8th day.

Is there a minimum or maximum cashback redemption amount?

You can register up to 15 stores per month.

You can update your list of stores and payment methods once every 30 days.
